The LQB-1S-650 is a Class 2 red laser diode module emitting 650 nm light at less than 1 mW power, designed for continuous operation in measurement, automation, and alignment applications. It features a collimated elliptical spot of 3 mm, single-mode laser structure, and divergence under 2 mrad. The module operates on 3 to 5 V DC with less than 40 mA current and includes auto power control, ESD protection, and reverse polarity protection. It measures 9 mm in diameter and 19 mm in length, mounted with a 380 mm cable, and requires a heat sink for extended use. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +40°C, with storage from -40°C to +80°C.
LQB-Series Laser diode modules are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, aspherical plastic lens optics and laser diode in a compact brass body.
Unique properties include compact body , clean beam, industrial strength and low cost.
If your application requires high beam pointing stability it is recommended to use glass aspherical lens.
