The Z150UFG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 15,000 V working reverse voltage and 300 mA average rectified current. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns and a maximum forward voltage of 1.0 V at 25°C. The diode is hermetic, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and storage temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. It is packaged in a glass body with a maximum length of 0.450 inches (11.43 mm) and has a typical junction capacitance of 5.0 pF at 25°C and 50 VDC. Thermal impedance is 3°C/W at 55°C ambient and 12°C/W at 100°C ambient when the lead length is 0.375 inches.
