The X100FF3 is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 10,000 V, with a repetitive reverse surge current of 80 A, a peak forward current of 2.0 A, and a reverse recovery time of 30 ns. It has a typical junction capacitance of 2.0 pF at 25°C and a thermal impedance of 5 °C/W for a 0.375 inch lead length. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, and the device is hermetically sealed. Its physical length is 0.320 inches (8.13 mm).
