The SMF6533 is a surface mount high voltage diode from Voltage Multipliers, Inc. It has a working reverse voltage of 5000 volts and an average rectified current rating of 50 mA. The diode features a low reverse current of 0.1 ¬µA at its maximum reverse voltage. The forward voltage drop is specified at 9.0 volts, with a maximum surge current rating of 25 mA for a duration of 8.3 ms. The reverse recovery time is 70 ns, making it suitable for applications requiring fast switching. The operating temperature range is from -65¬8C to +175¬8C, with a storage temperature range of -65¬8C to +200¬8C.
