Hermetically sealed axial-leaded high voltage diodes for military applications, rated for 2000 V reverse voltage and 250 mA average rectified current, with a maximum forward voltage of 3.0 V at 25 mA and a reverse recovery time of 70 ns. The diode has a junction capacitance of 4.0 pF at 50 V DC and thermal impedance values of 18 °C/W, 30 °C/W, and 50 °C/W for lead lengths of 0.000 in., 0.125 in., and 0.250 in. respectively. Operating temperature range is -65 °C to +175 °C, storage temperature is -65 °C to +200 °C. The device meets JANTXV qualification standards and is packaged in a glass case with a length of 0.200 in. maximum.
