High vacuum, helium leak-tested right angle valves VE have stainless steel bellows which seals the drive mechanism without any gap on the vacuum. Due to the screw-thread mechanism, these valves offer a certain control of conductance and are mountable in any position because of their air tightness in both positions. The body is made of or stainless steel, TIG-welded from the inside for maximum gas tightness and minimum degassing rates. Stainless and FKM wetted parts. 16 mm nominal flange. Leakage rate of housing 1x10-9 mbar l/sec. Leakage rate of seat 1x10-7.
