The TLV320AIC24IPFBR is a low-power, highly-integrated dual-channel voice band codec designed for portable applications. It features two 16-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) and two digital-to-analog (D/A) channels, utilizing oversampling sigma-delta technology for high-resolution signal conversion. The device supports programmable sampling rates up to 26 kSPS with on-chip filters and up to 104 kSPS when bypassed. It operates with a master clock of up to 100 MHz and includes selectable FIR/IIR filters, programmable gain amplifiers, and built-in microphone and speaker amplifiers. The codec is compatible with TI's TMS320 DSP platforms and supports a glueless 4-wire interface for easy integration. It incorporates extensive power management features, consuming only 14.9 mW per channel at 3 V, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. The operating voltage range is from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and it is characterized for commercial operation from 0¬8C to 70¬8C and industrial operation from -40¬8C to 85¬8C.
