Texas Instruments ONET1151L 11.3Gbps Low Power Laser Diode Driver ONET1151LRGER

The ONET1151L is a low power laser diode driver capable of operating at data rates from 1 to 11.3 Gbps. It features a 2-wire digital interface that allows for the digital control of modulation and bias currents, with modulation current selectable up to 85 mA and bias current up to 100 mA. The device includes integrated digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for control and diagnostic management, reducing the need for external components. This laser driver incorporates automatic power control (APC) to maintain consistent laser output despite variations in voltage and temperature.
