The LM5109 is a half-bridge gate driver designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in asynchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It supports up to 100V bus voltage and delivers 1A peak output current with independent TTL-compatible inputs. The device is available in a SOIC-8 package and features under-voltage lockout on both supply rails, propagation delay matching of 2ns typical, and rise/fall times of 15ns with a 1000pF load. It meets AEC-Q200 qualification and is rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The SOIC-8 variant has a thermal resistance of 160°C/W, and the package complies with RoHS standards.
