Texas Instruments LM5109BMA/NOPB

The LM5109B is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver designed to drive both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It offers 1A peak output current with TTL-compatible inputs and under-voltage lockout on both power rails. The device is available in an SOIC-8 package and supports bootstrap supply voltages up to 108V DC. It operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and meets ESD protection of 1.5 kV HBM. Propagation delay matching is typically 2 ns, with rise and fall times of 15 ns into a 1000 pF load.
