Texas Instruments LM5100AMX/NOPB

The LM5100AMX/NOPB is a 3A high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive N-Channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It features independent CMOS logic inputs, an integrated bootstrap diode supporting up to 118V bootstrap supply voltage, and under-voltage lockout on both power rails. The device is packaged in a SOIC-8 surface-mount format and offers fast propagation times of 25 ns typical with 8 ns rise and fall times into a 1000 pF load. Propagation delay matching is 3 ns typical. It operates with a supply voltage range of 9V to 14V and supports junction temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. The part meets RoHS standards and is designed for use in applications including half-bridge and forward power converters.
