Texas Instruments LM5100AMRX/NOPB

The LM5100AMRX/NOPB is a high-voltage, high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It is packaged in an SOIC-8 surface-mount package with dimensions compliant to NSC drawing M08A. The device provides a 3A peak output current, features independent CMOS input thresholds, and includes integrated under-voltage lockout on both power rails. It supports bootstrap supply voltages up to 118V DC, has propagation delays of 25 ns typical, and drives a 1000 pF load with 8 ns rise and fall times. The part meets the AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standard and is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance is 170 °C/W for SOIC-8 package under standard PCB conditions.
