Tele Vue 102 Discontinued as of October 1, 2011
We suggest you consider the NP-101 as a worthy replacement. While more expensive, its 4-element Petzval design (540mm, f/5.4) yields 2.6x the field area, a flatter field, finer (ultimate) color correction, and a 5-inch shorter tube. The NP-101 is also superior for imaging and use with the Bino Vue, and the focuser comes with a 10:1 pinion assembly manufactured for us by Starlight Instruments. The NP-101 has the same clear aperture (101.6mm) as the TV-102.
We are currently retaining all Tele Vue-102 information on the website for reference purposes only.
For those interested in a brass scope, we still have the Brass 85mm.
