These upper stationary curtains are to seal upper 1/3 areas when the top height of the curtain area does not need to be opened. The valance panels are made of our 16 oz STEEL- SCRIM vinyl. Custom cut outs can be made on valances when structural drawings are provided. The Valance Panels have grommets centered every 1' on top and our Velcro adhesives strip securely attach to your curtain track.
