SlipNOT® aluminum plank is ideal alternative when a lightweight, corrosion resistant material is desired. Aluminum planks can be used as an option to those applications requiring bar grating with plate attached to it. Unlike plated smooth bar grating, aluminum planks provide a permanent slip resistant surface that will not splinter or flake off. Aluminum planks are utilized for walkways in public areas, marine environments, worker platforms and numerous other applications. Product Information: Aluminum plank thicknesses: 3/4’’, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4”, 2-1/2” Aluminum plank widths: 6”-36” Unpunched plank lengths: up to 20’ Aluminum planks can be custom fabricated to meet job specifications Available SlipNOT® surfaces: Aluminum Surface on Aluminum, Steel Surface on Aluminum, Stainless Steel Surface on Aluminum Available SlipNOT® finishes: Mill or Painted Aluminum planks are available in: Grade 1 (Fine), Grade 2 (Medium), Grade 3 (Coarse – steel surface only) Div 5 CSI Classification Code: Metal Gratings (05 53 00), Shop-Applied Coatings for Metal (05 05 13), Common Metal Materials (05 05 00), ADA Tactile Warning Surfaces (32 17 20) Available trim or load banded Standard tolerance: + / – 1/4” LEED: The recycled content of SlipNOT® products varies depending on the source of the substrate.
