The SKY55501-11 is a highly integrated, 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) that supports simultaneous 5G WLAN and licensed assisted access (LAA) systems.
The SKY55501-11 incorporates a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass supporting 5G WLAN and LAA simultaneous RX reception, and a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch.
The device is provided in a compact, 20-pin 1.7 x 2.1 mm package.
