The SSG5083A is an RF signal generator covering 9 kHz to 13.6 GHz with 0.001 Hz frequency resolution and a level range of -130 dBm to 25 dBm. It features phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz with a 20 kHz offset (typical) and level error ≤ 0.7 dB (typical). The device supports AM, FM, PM analog modulation and pulse modulation including single pulse, double pulse, and pulse train. It includes a 5-inch capacitive touch screen, USB Host, USB Device (USB TMC), and LAN interfaces with optional GPIB. Internal OCXO reference ensures high stability. Remote control is available via web browser over LAN.
The SSG5083A/SSG5085A microwave signal generators feature output frequency ranges from 9 kHz to 13.6/20 GHz, they support AM & FM & PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse sequence generator, power meter control and other functions. The SSG5000As include an OCXO reference hardware module that ensures high-precision and high stability signal output. It is designed for communication, aerospace, national defense and other fields. And it is suitable for various application scenarios such as R&D and production.
