The SmartTrak C100H is a high-performance digital mass flow controller designed for measuring and controlling gas mass flow rates up to 1000 standard liters per minute (slpm). It features true linear performance, ensuring high accuracy of ±1.0% of full scale, and repeatability of ±0.2% of full scale. The controller is equipped with Dial-A-Gas® technology, allowing users to select from up to ten pre-programmed gases, and it can accommodate various gases including certain corrosives and toxics. The C100H utilizes a patented Laminar Flow Element (LFE) design and a frictionless-hovering control valve for enhanced performance. It supports multiple communication protocols, including RS-232, RS-485, and Modbus, facilitating integration into digital networks. The device operates on a single-sided 24 VDC power supply, simplifying installation. It is constructed from 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability in various applications. With a response time of approximately 2 seconds and a maximum gas pressure of 500 psig, the C100H is suitable for OEM, industrial, and research applications. The product also includes a user-friendly Pilot Module for easy control and configuration, making it adaptable to changing system requirements.
