Schmersal Inc. Relay, Safety, 24Vdc, 2A; Coil Voltage Schmersal AES1135 (24VDC)

The AES1135 is a safety control module for emergency stop applications, monitoring electromechanical and non-contact switchgear with one safety contact (STOP0) and two signalling outputs. It mounts on standard DIN rail per EN60715 and uses screw terminals for cable connections ranging from 0.25mm² to 2.5mm². It operates at a rated voltage of 24VDC ±15% with a maximum switching capacity of 6A for safety contacts and 100mA for signalling outputs. The device has a power consumption under 5W, a mechanical life of 20 million operations, and meets EN ISO 13849-1 with PL d and IEC 61508 with SIL up to 2. It provides wire break and earth connection detection, automatic reset after power loss, and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to +55°C. The housing is made of glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic with IP40 protection.
