Typical ZOC23b applications include pressure measurement on wind tunnel tests, wind engineering tests, wind turbine validation tests, inside flaps or control surfaces in flight tests. and other space constrained spaces. When the ZOC23b 8 channel remote modules are ordered less the valving, it is isdeal for measuring pressures on rotating equipment. Overview The Model ZOC23b is similar to Scanivalve's ZOC22 electronic pressure scanner. The pressure sensor and calibration valves have been divided into 4 remote modules, each containing 8 pressure sensors. The 4 remote pressure sensor modules are connected with electrical umbilicals which connect into the ZOC23b amplifier multiplexer unit. Each module has its own reference pressure, calibration tubulations, and calibration valving. This allows the remote pressure sensor modules to be different pressure ranges. An integral "duplexing" valve is available to allow the ZOC23B's 32 sensors to service up to 64 input pressures. This calibration valve allows the ZOC sensors to be automatically calibrated while on-line or pressure inputs to be purged. Three versions are available: ZOC23B/32Px - 32 Px inputs each with its own dedicated sensors ZOC23B/32PxX2 - 64 Px inputs duplexed between 32 sensors. ZOC23B/8Px - Muxless, Valveless (No calibration valve)
