arium® 615DI Deionization Cartridges
Water Pre-treatment Systems
The arium® 615DI deionization cartridges are designed to produce highly deionized water.
These cartridges contain highly effective ion exchange resins to remove cations and anions from water by exchanging H+ and OH–. Their uniform and compact mixed bed ensures reliable desalination and optimal utilization of the resin material, reducing conductivity by up to < 0.1 μS/cm.
The arium® line also includes conductivity meters for checking the quality of product water. These convenient options are available in a choice of LED controlled display or digitally controlled display.
The LED controlled conductivity meter enables the user to monitor the conductivity of the product water with a red (> 20 μS/cm) or green (< 20 μS/cm) light. If the water does not meet the user’s quality requirements, the LED will light up in red to alert the user.
The digitially controlled conductivity meterlets the user monitor the conductivity by individually defined setpoint limits (0.1–200 μS/cm). The conductivity measurement range is between 0.056 and 200 μS/cm.
Features
Low water consumption
Compact design, easy to install
Reliable procedure
Conductivity typically < 0.1 μS/cm
High efficiency
Applications
Pre-treatment for:
Ultrapure water systems
Autoclaves
Glassware machinery, etc.
Post-treatment for:
RO permeate
