The AUIRGF66524D0 is an automotive-grade insulated gate bipolar transistor with an ultrafast soft recovery diode, designed for applications such as air conditioning compressors and auxiliary motor drives. It is packaged in a TO-247AD case, mounted through hole, and features a collector-to-emitter voltage rating of 600 V and a nominal collector current of 24 A. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and is RoHS compliant and automotive qualified. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.1°C/W for the diode and 0.7°C/W for the IGBT, with a maximum power dissipation of 214 W at 25°C case temperature. The transistor exhibits low switching losses, a positive V_CE(on) temperature coefficient, and guaranteed 6 µs short-circuit safe operating area. Reverse bias and short-circuit safe operating areas are characterized under specified conditions.
