The ADSP-2185KST-133 is a high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) optimized for numeric processing applications, featuring a 30 ns instruction cycle time and capable of sustaining 33 MIPS performance. It utilizes a three-bus architecture that allows dual operand fetches in every instruction cycle, enabling efficient execution of multifunction instructions. The processor includes 80K bytes of on-chip RAM, divided into 16K words of program memory and 16K words of data memory, and supports power-down modes for low power dissipation. The ADSP-2185KST-133 is compatible with the ADSP-2100 family and includes enhancements such as a programmable 16-bit interval timer, two independent data address generators, and extensive interrupt capabilities.
