The AD680AN is a band gap voltage reference that provides a fixed output of 2.5 V with a maximum variation of ¬±5 mV. It operates from input voltages between 4.5 V and 36 V and features low quiescent current, typically 250 OºA, making it suitable for low power applications such as battery-operated devices. The device is laser trimmed for high accuracy and has a temperature coefficient of 20 ppm/¬8C, ensuring minimal error across a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
