CONTROL-KNOBS are ergonomic tuning knobs designed for rotary potentiometers or encoders in menu-driven interfaces, featuring a soft-touch TPE outer shell over a polycarbonate inner body with a grooved grip surface. Available in two sizes, 36 mm and 46 mm diameter, both with 6 mm or 1/4" (6.35 mm) boreholes, they include an optional LED illumination system using RGB SMD LEDs powered by 5 V. The design supports illumination via a translucent optic ring on the top surface, with or without a side pointer line. A collet fixture ensures secure attachment to the shaft, with a maximum installation torque of 1.5 Nm and functional torque of 1.2 Nm. The product family is supplied with optional base and cover accessories and is suitable for industrial, medical, and consumer applications.
