Iris Edge™ is a camera-based vibration analysis system that uses Motion Amplification® to collect and transmit vibration data via MQTT to IoT platforms. It features a pan-tilt industrial-grade camera with a tilt range of ±40° and pan range of ±90°, auto-focus, and IP51 environmental rating. The system is powered via PoE++ (IEEE® 802.3bt) with a minimum output of 19V, 60W, or alternatively via AC input (100-240V, 50-60 Hz). It captures video at up to 1,300 fps at reduced resolution and analyzes frequencies from 0 to 650 Hz. Data can be exported as .csv files and visualized through dashboards, with remote access, stabilization, and optical triggers supported.
