The VBS200V-PF is a 2-inch automatic, self-closing vacuum breaker designed to protect systems from vacuum-induced damage and siphoning of hazardous fluids. It features a PFA-encapsulated spring and poppet seal for bubble-tight performance, with a PVDF body and FKM seals rated for maximum working pressure of 100 PSI at 75°F (6.9 bar at 24°C), reducing to 60 PSI at 104°C and 30 PSI at 115°C. The unit supports threaded connections and is suitable for corrosive or ultra-pure liquid applications. All VBS series models operate at any orientation with upright mounting recommended and activate at approximately 2 inches of mercury vacuum. Non-wetted components exclude metals from contact with process fluids. The design is ISO9001-2015 certified.
Series VB/VBM Patented diaphragm design assures dependable, repetitive, bubble-tight sealing to protect enclosed tanks from collapse or structural damage during draining. Also eliminates siphoning of dangerous fluids,and prevents vacuum damage to sensitive instruments and filters. 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ in a wide range of materials and connection types.
Series VBS PFA encapsulated spring and special poppet provide performance identical to VB/VBM with same protection for tanks and piping systems against hazards, damage and financial losses caused by unwanted vacuum conditions. 1-1/2″ to 4″ sizes in a wide range of materials and connection types.
