The Series EASYMT is a PTFE bellows solenoid valve designed for pressure, drain, and vacuum service with aggressive chemicals, acids, caustics, solvents, and ultrapure liquids. It features a patented Fail-Dry® design that provides visual warning of seal failure while maintaining operation, and uses a corrosion-resistant thermoplastic body without metal wetted parts. Standard configuration includes a W24 24-watt continuous duty solenoid coil with Z-Cool DIN connector, reducing energy consumption after actuation and including an energized status light. The coil is IP65 rated and operates at ambient temperatures up to 122°F (50°C). All variants are rated for full vacuum up to 30" Hg (15" Hg for 1" sizes) and achieve over 2 million cycles in laboratory testing. Body materials include Geon® PVC, Corzan® CPVC, glass-filled polypropylene, and Kynar® PVDF. Valve sizes range from 1/4" to 1" NPT.
