COMBI RH 1252 L is a vacuum pump unit combining a HiLobe 1302 vacuum booster and a COBRA NX 0650 A backing pump, designed for high-performance vacuum generation with integrated process monitoring. It provides a pumping speed of 1220 m³/h at 1 hPa and an ultimate pressure of 7 · 10⁻³ hPa, with a maximum power consumption of 15 kW and an input voltage of 400 V AC (±10%), 50 Hz. The unit has a noise level of ≤80 dB(A) at 1 hPa and weighs approximately 950 kg. Gas inlet is DN 100 ISO-F/PN 16 with outlet DN 80 PN 16 or G 3". All variants in the series operate at the same input voltage and noise level, and feature integrated sensors and a user interface for enhanced reliability and safety.
