The PM90-180 is a 90 mm frame PMDC motor designed for applications requiring continuous torque up to 0.9 Nm and nominal power of 283 W. It operates at 48 V with a no-load speed of 3376 rpm and a nominal speed of 3000 rpm. The motor has a 75 mm stack length, weighs 4.00 kg, and is enclosed with IP54 protection and Class F insulation. It is reversible, features two poles, and has a terminal resistance of 0.426 Ω and torque constant of 0.13 Nm/A. Rotor inertia is 8.65 × 10⁻⁴ kgcm². Maximum intermittent torque is 1.50 Nm for 15-minute duty cycles.
