Microprocessor regulates stirring function with continuous duty motor and magnet to maintain set speeds even under changing load or viscosity and regulates heating so samples are heated to the set temperature quickly and accurately.
Stir control knob has rpm adjustment markings (60 to 1600rpm).
Ramping feature slowly increases speed for improved safety and enhanced coupling. Avoids splashing, improves spin bar control and provides excellent low speed control.
Built in memory allows users to recall last set temperature, even when unit has been turned off.
Caution hot top indicator is illuminated when heat is turned on and remains on until top plate cools down.
If unit exceeds set temperature by 10º C, the unit will automatically shut down.
