The PHD Optimax Series OSP is a compact pneumatic thruster slide with eight bore sizes and incremental travel lengths up to 100 mm, designed for metric mounting compatibility. It features standard shock pads to reduce end-of-travel impact, integrated magnets for switch sensing, and port locations on both top and side surfaces. The slide operates at air pressures from 1 to 10 bar and temperatures from 5°C to 60°C, with a rated life of 3 million cycles. It is factory-lubricated and uses an anodized aluminum body with steel tool plates and PTFE-bronze or bronze alloy bearings depending on bore size. All variants share drop-in metric mounting conforming to global standards.
