Oxford Instruments CMI511 is a temperature compensating gauge for measuring Plated Through Hole (PTH) Cu thickness using Eddy Current technology. The CMI511 system is a hand held, battery operated instrument capable of measuring Plated Through Hole Cu prior to and after etching. It operates equally well on double-sided and multilayer boards, even through tin and tin/lead resist.
