This Valve Brush features 5 valves. It has (2) 1/4” OD tube inlets. An end plug installed in one of the inlets can be removed to connect brushes in a series. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The brush holder has (2) 7/32" dia mounting holes. The bristles are stainless steel (nylon is also available, part no. B309-5X01). Total width of the brush is 11 1/4” and total height is 4 15/16”.
The shank is adjustable to accommodate up to 1/2” of bristle wear. R eplacement brushes that slide into the holder are readily available. This unit utilizes (5) replacement brushes, part no. B579-3.
