This Valve Brush features 2 valves. It has (2) 1/4” OD tube inlets. An end plug installed in one of the inlets can be removed to connect brushes in a series. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The holder has (2) 7/32" dia holes for mounting. The bristles are nylon (stainless steel is also available, part no. B309-2X02). The total width of the brush is 4 1/2" and total height of the brush is 4 15/16”.
The shank is adjustable to accommodate up to 1/2” of bristle wear. R eplacement brushes that slide into the holder are readily available. This unit utilizes (2) replacement brushes, part no. B579-2.
