The G2RL series is a low-profile PCB power relay with a height of 15.7 mm, designed for use in compact equipment. It is available in single-pole and double-pole configurations with SPDT or SPST-NO contact forms, and offers standard, high-capacity (16 A), and high-sensitivity (250 mW coil) variants. The relay features 8 mm minimum clearance and creepage distance, Class F coil insulation, and conforms to VDE (EN61810-1), UL508, and CSA22.2 standards. The sealed models meet IEC/EN60335-1 requirements. The standard contact rating is 12 A at 250 VAC and 10 A at 24 VDC. The coil operates at 3 to 48 VDC with a maximum operating voltage of 130% of rated voltage. The ambient operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C for standard models and up to 105°C for CV models. The relay weighs approximately 12 g and is rated for up to 50,000 operations under resistive load conditions.
