The TE1 series is a compact potentiometric linear transducer with integrated signal processing, designed for position sensing in industrial and medical applications. It features a 18 x 18 mm housing, double-sided DU glide bearings, and a stainless steel actuating rod with an internal return spring for spring-loaded variants. Mechanical stroke ranges from 30 mm to 105 mm, with operating speeds up to 10 m/s and output signals of 4...20 mA or 0...10 V. Linearity is ±0.075%, repeatability is ±0.002 mm, and the temperature coefficient is below 20 ppm/K. It supports over 100 million movements, operates from -40 to +85 °C, and meets IP40 protection. The unit includes a shielded M8 connector or 2 m PVC cable and resists shock and vibration per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
