NPN general-purpose transistors in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mounted plastic package, rated for 45 V collector-emitter voltage and 100 mA collector current, with a maximum power dissipation of 200 mW. Qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 625 K/W when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB.
