NPN general-purpose transistors in a SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mounted plastic package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 80 V and a continuous collector current of 500 mA, with peak collector current of 1 A. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and features two current gain selections. Power dissipation is 200 mW with a standard footprint and 290 mW with an expanded collector pad. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 431 K/W with a 1 cm² collector pad. The part is suitable for general-purpose switching and amplification in 48 V automotive systems.
