The device supports a peak collector current of 2 A, has a DC current gain range of 100 to 250 at V_CE = -2 V and I_C = -150 mA, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 500 mV at I_C = -500 mA and I_B = -50 mA. Maximum power dissipation is 1.65 W when mounted on a 4-layer FR4 PCB with a 1 cm² collector pad. Operating junction temperature range is -55 °C to 150 °C.
