PNP medium power transistors in an ultra-thin DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless SMD package with side-wettable flanks and an exposed heat sink for improved thermal performance, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -80 V, a continuous collector current of -1 A, and a peak collector current of -2 A. The BC53-10PAST-Q variant has a DC current gain (hFE) range of 63 to 160 at -2 V collector-emitter voltage and -150 mA collector current. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and supports Automatic Optical Inspection of solder joints.
