Rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -60 V, continuous collector current of -1 A, and peak collector current of -2 A. Features a DC current gain range of 100 to 250 at V_CE = -2 V and I_C = -150 mA. Qualified to AEC-Q101. Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C.
