The TRB25PP is a compact motorized linear actuator with 25 mm travel, featuring a 2-phase stepper motor with 20 steps per revolution and a rolled lead screw mechanism. It includes integrated optical limit switches at both ends for protection and homing, a hard-coated steel ball tip, and a stainless steel body. The actuator offers a minimum incremental motion of 0.1 μm, a maximum speed of 0.3 mm/s, and a push force of 90 N. Bi-directional repeatability with compensation is specified as ±0.15 μm (guaranteed). Cable length is 1.5 m. It is designed to replace manual adjustment screws on optical stages and mounts, with flexible side-mounted cable routing and a slim, lightweight profile for space-constrained applications.
The TRB25PP Compact Stepper Actuator provides 25 mm travel with sub-micron MIM, very good repeatability and high push force. TRB actuators can replace micrometers which are used a wide variety of linear stages, mirror mounts, and OEM applications.
Replace Manual Actuators on Stages and Mounts
