The 2938-R is a benchtop dual-channel optical power and energy meter designed for high-speed, modulated light measurements. It features a 7-inch, 1024x600 pixel full-color touchscreen display, time-stamped data logging up to 10 kHz to on-board memory or USB storage, and analog filters ranging from 0.5 Hz to 250 kHz with averaging from one second to one hour. The meter supports photodiode, pyroelectric, and thermopile sensors via a 15-pin D-Sub connector and includes Trigger In and TTL Out for synchronized measurements. It offers Ethernet, USB, and RS-232 communication, plus a fast analog output for oscilloscope or DAQ integration. The unit operates on 100-240 V AC, consumes up to 40 watts, measures 216W x 296D x 147H mm, weighs 2.8 kg, and is rated for indoor use between 5-40 °C and <70% RH non-condensing.
