NKK Switches Antistatic Process Sealed Keylock SK15AEG13

The SK15AEG13 is a 5-position, 1-pole keylock switch with gold-plated contacts rated for 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC, designed for low-voltage logic-level circuits. It features a totally sealed construction with an internal o-ring, gasket, and insert-molded terminals for protection during automated processing. The switch has a 45° angular throw, 2.54mm terminal spacing, and straight PCB terminals with a steel mounting bracket. The housing and bushing withstand 15kV ESD, and the mechanism provides bifurcated, self-wiping contacts with a spring-operated steel ball detent for crisp actuation. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Terminals are phosphor bronze with gold plating, and the key is polyacetal with two supplied per switch.

Dimensions are 18.0mm length, 10.7mm width, and 10.16mm height, with a 9.0mm diameter keyway. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum, and electrical life is 20,000 cycles minimum.
