NKK Switches Low Profile Process Sealed Tactile JB15HAP-4BH

The JB15HAP-4BH is a low profile, process-sealed tactile switch from the JB series, featuring a high operating force of 2.65N, a total travel of 0.300mm, and a flat snap-on cap with a black actuator. It uses straight PC terminals and is rated for 125mA at 24V DC under logic-level operation. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 250V DC, and dielectric strength is 250V AC for one minute. Mechanical and electrical life is rated at 1,000,000 operations minimum. The case and base are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and PBT respectively, both UL94V-0 rated. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Terminal spacing conforms to a standard 2.54mm PCB grid. The switch includes a nitrile butadiene rubber seal, stainless steel movable contacts, and brass stationary contacts with silver plating.
