The FR01 series consists of 10mm DIP rotary switches designed for low-voltage, low-current circuits, with a compact through-hole mount and low profile for high-density PCB use. It has a switching rating of 100mA at 5V DC and a nonswitching rating of 100mA at 50V DC. Contact resistance is 100 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 250V DC. The switch operates reliably for 10,000 detent operations, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. The screwdriver actuator is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (UL94V-0), and terminals are phosphor bronze with gold plating. The device has 16 hexadecimal positions and a nominal operating torque of 0.01Nm. It is not sealed and requires alcohol-based cleaning. Soldering must follow position-specific profiles.
