NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-038

The CKL series are 19mm bushing high-security keylocks with a 90° angle of throw, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. They feature copper contacts with silver plating, a zinc alloy housing with chrome plating, and operate from -25°C to +70°C. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. The mechanical life is 30,000 cycles, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles. The mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum. Flat and tubular keys are available; the flat key is reversible. Terminals are epoxy sealed, and the switch has a break-before-make contact timing.
