NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKM12BFW01-004

The CKM series is a 16mm diameter high security keylock with a resistive electrical capacity of 3A at 250V AC, contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC. It withstands 1,500V AC dielectric strength between contacts and case for one minute and has a mechanical life of 30,000 cycles and an electrical life of 10,000 cycles. The model supports 15 kilovolts ESD protection, operates from -25°C to +70°C, and uses a brass nickel-plated flat key with an ABS handle. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced PBT, and terminals are copper with silver plating. Mounting requires a maximum torque of 1.5 Nm, and contact timing follows a break-before-make pattern with a 90° angular throw for two-position operation.
