NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-037

The CKL series consists of 19mm diameter high-security keylocks with brass keys, zinc alloy housing with chrome plating, and LCP bases. Available in flat or tubular key styles, they feature SPDT or other multi-position circuits with silver contacts and solder lug terminals rated at 3A at 250V AC. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance exceeds 1,000 megohms at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles, electrical life is 10,000 cycles, and operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum, and the 19mm bushing includes a hex mounting nut for panels up to 12.6mm thick. The switching mechanism is vertically rotating with self-cleaning sliding contacts.
